Refund policy

1. Return/Exchange Policy
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. Provided the products are returned complete, unused and with their original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

2. Damaged or Broken Items
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at care@heavenlyhues.ca. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

3. Packaging and Proof of Damage
Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item until your claim has been processed. This helps us to verify the damage and process your claim efficiently.

4. Claims Processing
Once we receive your email with the required information, we will review your claim and get back to you with further instructions on how to proceed.
