Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within Winnipeg on all orders over $50. Deliveries are made once a week, and all local deliveries are scheduled for Sundays

Shipping

We also offer international shipping! However, please keep in mind that there will be international shipping costs incurred. Upon selecting your country by checkout the international shipping charges will be calculated automatically by the weight of package/delivery destination. If your country isn’t listed, you can send us an email and we will have it sorted out.

International packages are shipped and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.

Important Note: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying the customs duties and fees.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During peak periods, such as new product launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to two weeks.

Wrong Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. While we understand that errors can happen, we aim to assist in resolving the issue as smoothly as possible.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we will send you an invoice for the full cost of re-shipping your order. If you prefer not to have it re-shipped, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If the package is delivered to the wrong address and is not returned, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. If it is returned to us, we can either resend it to the correct address or issue a refund.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
